The Dead Sisters #70

I hadn’t planned what Daffy would do while Marigold went to do her thing; my initial plan was to cut to Marigold’s point of view.  But Daffy wouldn’t have access to that — she could only tell the story from her POV, so I had to figure out how to maintain that.  It took me a long time to do the dialogue — same with the other strip in this update.  And both times I decided to just go ahead and draw it, the dialogue would come to me at some point.  So in both cases, the dialogue was written AFTER all the drawing and coloring.  This is kind of a backwards way of doing it, but here we are.  But the drawing process was the most enjoyable part, and the show must go on.
