What if you just have shitty friends, though? I’m beginning to think some of my friends are legitimately not worth having, for reasons beyond my depression, but I can’t trust my perception of the world at all so I don’t know whether or not its just me and that’s so frustrating
It’s more than that.
I have best friend in the whole wide world, I know that.
Still, I’m always thinking he want’s me to go away.
And of course that creates feeling of guilt, because he truly is good friend and I’m stupid and unfair and so on…

Ugh, this. It’s so much worse on the internet when you have even less to go on for cues. At least in real life you don’t have as much of the tense moments filled with doubt and self-loathing while waiting for them to reply. A lot of the waiting wondering if they’re bored of you, or if they’ve hated something you just said because they haven’t said anything for a while, and you just really don’t really know unless you ask them. And how do you even ask something like that?
Being an aspie helps. You just ask. And spent a few hours curled in a ball in shame of what your big mouth said this time later.

I don’t have any friends because i’m worried they won’t like me
I think the world is filled with fluff (Unatural expectations) and when we start to peel away layer by layer we get to realise the sweet spots in the middle neither this nor that. So yes my friend could be a dick sometimes but remember the sun dosent always shine, no matter how magnificent it be.
