HAttiE – Tuesday June 14th, 2016 – Page 27
Marie is back! I honestly didn’t expect the last section to go 8 pages. I guess it was necessary though. I like the last line of this page, I did work on the wording for that because I wanted it to be ambiguous in language but obvious but what she’s talking about.

Sunflower and the Dead Sisters #44
You can see the whole strip here: https://www.claycomix.com/sunflower/posts/44/ Daffodil is back. The Marigold/Emmy arc is really a lot of dialogue so switching back and forth makes it a little bearable I think. I do have a full “origin” story for Marigold and I thought I’d get into it through one long sequential flashback but that would be long and arduous, especially for a four panel strip like this. Marigold’s story was heavily influenced…

depression comix #456
You can read the comic on the depcom site here. I really didn’t expect the response from #455. Handling the response took days, and I received hundreds of comments from people who felt similar but also comments from people who took issue with mask wearing, or saying you don’t need masks outside and citing the flimsiest evidence for their claims. I did #455 three weeks ago and even now…
