I found myself today getting banned from Wikipedia because I deleted a section of an article claiming only 1 million Jews died in the Holocaust. It hurts, but on the other hand my grandfather survived the Holocaust itself. That sums up how I feel about the world today. We’ve gotten better, humanity just also seems to be trying to tear down its advances.
The point is to take the wrongs of the world, address them accordingly, and improve upon them in order to make the world better for your generation and the next. If we KNOW there is a problem with the world, then of course we want to fix them. It’s been this way with every generation.
true.. humans are too much sinful to care about making the world a better place, reincarnated or not.

I was raised as a Kardecist spiritualist (somewhat common in Brazil). I don’t think I have a faith anymore. This hit me like a bus.
