yeah sometimes when the mental meltdown stage is reached you can’t just keep fighting it forever at a point you must let it loose
    and it’s really tiring

Oooh, yeah, those days are not fun :/
One thing that helped me, oddly, was realising that sometimes a panic attack/meltdown/similar happens for no more reason than the underlying condition i.e. anxiety is the cause of anxiety! It took away the extra stress from wondering “why”.

At least she’s safe in her own room. It’s so much worse when it happens out in public.

Hey Clay, when did the “random strip” button go away? I used to click on that and get lost, it was like a shuffle songs option. I really miss it and was wondering if you could bring it back.

I want to save this to my hard drive and email it to, like, everybody I know.

“Whyyyyy don’t you do [thing that is not in my energy budget or contains too many moving parts for me to manage]?”

“Because I don’t want to hit the rumble strip again. Because the next stop after the rumble strip is a lulu.”
