Oooh, yeah, those days are not fun :/ One thing that helped me, oddly, was realising that sometimes a panic attack/meltdown/similar happens for no more reason than the underlying condition i.e. anxiety is the cause of anxiety! It took away the extra stress from wondering “why”.
Hey Clay, when did the “random strip” button go away? I used to click on that and get lost, it was like a shuffle songs option. I really miss it and was wondering if you could bring it back.
