Why? Because if I let it go there is the fear it might happen again… take me unawares. And if that happens I feel even more stupid. So in depression logic it makes more sense to hold on to it. The only way to let go is to let go of the fear. To realize it’s okay to make mistakes and even the same ones.
If only it were that simple…. (p.s. Miss you Clay)
This is what we needed to come to at the end of the rope, nowhere to go,without hope. Finally reaching out to the invisible God. All Christian’s saved agree, and the prodigal nods his head and the woman caught in adultery nods her head and the sinner agrees,it’s the only way, give it to the one who took these burdens to the cross and left them there. You just have to ask and He will take them away.
I am sorry seeming to come on strong about this issue, I think your illustrations are excellent yet for those in such desperation, there comes the power to move forward and be free of the voices that plague Thier future. It does however require a calling out to the unseen creator. Believe me, I didn’t know his name even when I was at the end of my rope. I would love to illustrate so nicely and wish to write a book if I could use such illustrations. Marty w
