Misery is familiar. It’s the only thing that feels real.
I don’t know what happiness is anymore… and misery became a part of who you are..
THIS. COMIC. STRIP. IS. MY. LIFE.
AHHHHHHH YOU ARE SO GOOD AT DRAWING AND COMICS
i rember seeing this and thinking “ask them the same thing but talk about their job” like “oh hey hows work?” “not good i hate it.” “well then why dont you just go get premoted!””well i cant” “why not?” “because thats now how it works” “its all in your head!” “no it isnt this how the world works! you cant just decide to promote yourself!” 😛
i’d rather choose what i’m familiar with than with what is alien to me ..
You tend to forget the feeling of happiness after a prolonged feeling of sadness and emptiness.
